Milimo Silenga, Human Resource Manager
​Milimo is an HR practitioner with over ten years of Strategic HR Management experience in various sectors including the Financial, Telecommunications and Aviation sector in Zambia. She has served as Head of the Human Resources for various institutions. Her experience includes; HR strategy development and implementation, management of general HR operations, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational development, talent management, learning and development as well as corporate culture change. She has vast knowledge of Zambian Labour Laws and extensive experience in managing union relations effectively, in highly unionized institutions.

She is a full member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management, a certified Training Facilitation professional with the South African Qualifications Authority Accredited McMaster Institute. She is also holds a Master’s degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from the University of Oxford and HEC Paris as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Public Administration from the University of Zambia.
