AMZ highlights its continued excellence in its Annual Report 2022

Agora Microfinance Zambia (AMZ) released its Annual Report for 2022, a year during which it showed sustained growth and continued strong performance on all aspects of its business, including on asset quality, efficiency, and profitability. It now looks forward to further consolidation and making progress on a number of strategic areas during 2023.

Amongst new developments in 2023 are a) planned branch expansion from 30 to 36, b) further upgrades to its information systems through the piloting of an end-to-end tool for client onboarding, risk assessment and digital transactions, and c) testing of new operating methodologies to enhance efficiency further.
