Susan Chibanga, Chief Executive Officer
Susan is a seasoned finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in microfinance, hospitality, health, and construction. She is a transformational leader and a mentor who aims to bridge the gender gap in decision-making through her involvement with the Forum for Zambian Women Accountants, and the Zambia Institute for Strategic Management.
Susan is of the view that providing a financial opportunity to the unbanked and underserved communities enables them to have an economic voice and become equal members of society. The economic and social gains realized in serving this sector are equally immense and gratifying. With this in mind, she avidly drives financial inclusion for the underserved in society.
